Design Proof Approval: We will provide you with a design proof for your custom t-shirt. Please review it carefully.Full Refund Before Approval: If you are not completely satisfied with the initial design proof we provide, simply notify us within2 business days of receiving it, and we will issue a full refund for your custom t-shirt order. No questions asked.No Returns/Refunds After Approval: Once you have approved the design proof, we will proceed with production. Due to the personalised nature of custom t-shirts,we cannot offer returns or refunds on custom t-shirts once the design has been approved and production has begun.
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. In its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'. Gift Certificates. Custom T-shirts, once the design proof has been approved (as detailed above).

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you via email as soon as this is processed. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.- We cannot refund the original shipping charge if a product is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the postman.
