Tuhil Threads Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Tuhil Threads experience, whether you're buying a pre-designed item or creating a custom t-shirt. Please review our policies below.

Our Custom T-Shirt Design Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand the importance of getting your custom design just right!

  • Design Proof Approval: We will provide you with a design proof for your custom t-shirt. Please review it carefully.

  • Full Refund Before Approval: If you are not completely satisfied with the initial design proof we provide, simply notify us within  2 business days of receiving it, and we will issue a full refund for your custom t-shirt order. No questions asked.

  • No Returns/Refunds After Approval: Once you have approved the design proof, we will proceed with production. Due to the personalised nature of custom t-shirts, we cannot offer returns or refunds on custom t-shirts once the design has been approved and production has begun.

General Returns & Refunds Policy (For Non-Custom Items)

We truly hope you love your other Tuhil Threads purchases. However, we get it—sometimes an item just isn't quite right. If you're not completely satisfied with eligible non-custom items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, resalable condition:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • In its original packaging with all original tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, especially accessories that come into contact with hair or skin.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'.

  • Gift Certificates.

  • Custom T-shirts, once the design proof has been approved (as detailed above).

How to Start a Return (For Non-Custom Items):

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at [info@tuhilthreads.co.uk] with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the mailing address.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship It Back: You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

The Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  2. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you via email as soon as this is processed.

  3. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.

  4. We cannot refund the original shipping charge if a product is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the postman.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please Contact Us immediately. In cases that are our error, we will cover all return shipping costs by providing you with a pre-paid return label.
