We truly hope you love your Tuhil Threads purchase. However, we get it—sometimes an item just isn't quite right. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Our Return Conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, resalable condition:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • In its original packaging with all original tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, especially accessories that come into contact with hair or skin. Non-Returnable Items. The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'.
  • Gift Certificates.

How to Start a Return

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship It Back: You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

The Refund Process

  • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you via email as soon as this is processed.
  • Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please Contact Us immediately. In cases that are our error, we will cover all return shipping costs by providing you with a pre-paid return label.
