Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Tuhil Threads items! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our returns work:

  • Eligibility for Return: You may request to return most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • New, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • In their original condition and original packaging, with all original tags attached (if applicable).
    • Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear or use, have been altered, or are not in a resalable condition. This is particularly important for accessories like scrunchies and bow clips that come into contact with hair or skin. Items returned with signs of use will not be refunded.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
    • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to Tuhil Threads. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • Exception—Our Error: Tuhil Threads will provide a pre-paid return shipping label only if the return directly results from our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item, or the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect). Please contact us immediately in such cases.
  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (new, unused, unworn, unwashed, original condition/packaging/tags). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow sufficient time for the entire process:
    • Transit time for us to receive your return (allow 5-10 business days, depending on the shipper).
    • Inspection and processing time by our team (typically 3-5 business days after receipt).
    • Bank processing time for the refund to appear in your account (typically 5-10 business days, varies by bank).
    • Overall, please allow up to approximately 3-4 weeks from the date you ship the return for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account.
  • How to Initiate a Return: If you need to return an eligible item, please Contact Us at with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions, including the address to send the item back to.

Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders quickly! Please allow [e.g., 1-3 business days] for order processing before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.

  • Shipping Estimates: When you place an order, shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. These dates are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by Tuhil Threads.

  • Shipping Costs: We ship orders using Royal Mail at a flat rate of £2.50. Should we need to use a different shipping method for your order (which may affect the cost), we will notify you before dispatching your items. You will see the final confirmed shipping cost during the checkout process before placing your order.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will typically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
